In 2022 Trustpilot’s serious brand narrative and identity was a long way from being a modern consumer tech brand. This was hampering consumer and business engagement.
Solution
Alan delivered a global rebrand of Trustpilot for consumers, businesses and employees. This included a refreshed strategic framework and the delivery of a new visual identity across all touchpoints and audiences and a comprehensive brand hub where teams and partners could self serve the creation of new assets.
Result
The project resulted in a +10 point increase in global NPS during 2022 and was the winner of the Inside Out Awards: Best Rebrand and Judges Award 2023.
