Challenge

Trustpilot’s B2B revenue came from markets with high consumer awareness built slowly over time through logo exposure in customer’s advertising.


Solution

Alan led the execution of a multi-million € B2C and B2B ‘Trust Issues’ brand campaign first launched in Italy in Q4 2022. The campaign included TV, outdoor, digital, social, email and event activity.


Result

The project was a step change in how Trustpilot approached marketing and delivered a 30% increase in consumer usage and a 15% increase in new business adoption in 3 months.

A year later, the growth of Italian market continued to accelerate.
